How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Something went wrong? We want every homeowner who contacts Forwardted Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly, so please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Forwardted Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Forwardted Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@forwardted.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
